What I Optimize
Nine parts of your local search presence
Every engagement works across these. Which ones get attention first depends on what the audit finds.
Google Business Profile
Correct "Medical Spa" primary category, secondaries, attributes, services, Q&A, and a before/after photo cadence.
Treatment pages
One page per treatment, structured and written to rank for "Botox [city]", "lip filler [city]", and the rest.
Local landing pages
City and neighborhood pages for clinics serving more than one area, without thin or duplicated content.
Reviews
A post-treatment request system that builds Google review volume and recency, plus response templates.
Citations
Consistent NAP across general and aesthetic-specific directories — RealSelf, Healthgrades, Zocdoc, RateMDs, Vitals.
Internal linking
A link structure that connects treatment pages, location pages, and supporting content so Google can read the hierarchy.
Local content
Supporting articles that answer real patient questions and build topical authority around your treatments and area.
Technical SEO
Indexation, schema markup, page speed, mobile rendering, and crawl issues that hold treatment pages back.
Competitor gaps
A reverse-engineer of the three med-spas above you in the Map Pack, and the easiest gaps to close first.
Methodology
Three stages, and why the niche matters
Audit
Your GBP, citations, treatment-page gaps, technical issues, and the top three Map Pack competitors. You get a short written report, ranked by impact.
Strategy
A prioritized plan: what to fix this week, what to build over 90 days, what to expect at each milestone. No vague timelines.
Execute & report
I implement the changes and report weekly on calls, website visits, direction requests, and leads — not rankings alone.
Why specialization matters
Local SEO is category-specific. The directories that count for a med-spa — RealSelf, Healthgrades, Zocdoc — are not the ones that count for a law firm. The Google categories are different, the search terms are different, and the review dynamics are different, because a patient researching a 2,000 dollar treatment behaves nothing like someone booking an oil change. A generalist relearns all of that on your budget. I already know it, because it is the only thing I work on.
Who I Work With
Single-location med-spas where local search is the growth lever
Med-spas, aesthetic clinics, cosmetic injectors, laser clinics, and skin-care clinics. Single-location or small-territory practices, where being found in local search is a primary way new patients arrive.
I am not the right fit for multi-location chains, businesses outside aesthetics, or anyone who needs bookings next week — that is what ads are for. See the full list of who I turn down →
